The sealing between the box cover and the box body is not strict, and there is contact corrosion between the box cover and the box body contact surface, resulting in a narrow gap between the contact surface, or the aging of the sealing ring loses its elasticity, resulting in the failure of the box body sealing.

 

The solution

 

1. Apply a layer of anti-rust oil between the contact surface of the box cover and the box body to prevent contact corrosion between the contact surfaces and enhance the tightness.

 

2. Check the sealing ring regularly. In case of aging or loss of elasticity of the sealing ring, replace the sealing ring in time.

 

3. There is damp inside the box, which needs to be ventilated and dried. Some desiccant can also be placed to prevent internal corrosion.
